Job Description
Position: Med-Surg Registered Nurse
Unit: 28 private-bed Med-Surg unit
Nurse Manager: Brianne Repko
Nurse-to-patient ratio: up to 1:6
Shift options: Day (rotating weekends)
Night (rotating weekends)
Requirements
1 year RN experience required (any setting, not necessarily acute care)
Associate or bachelor’s in nursing
BLS within 30 days of start
RN license required (Florida or compact)
Pay & Incentives
Hourly range: $29/hr
Up to ~$39/hr
Shift differential: $4.25/hr (nights only, no weekend diff)
Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (Days)
$15,000 (Nights)
Relocation: Case-by-case
Benefits: Full package (401k match, tuition support, PTO, insurance, etc.)
