Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Must be comfortable with and have prior experience working in environments with flexible staffing ratios.
Special Requests: RTO is not allowed during the following time periods: September 2 – September 12, 2026; October 25 – November 4, 2026; November 22 – December 2, 2026; December 20 – January 3, 2027. Flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions.
Unit Details: Adult patient population. Oncology/GYN-ONC/Palliative/Med Tele unit. Ratios: 1:4 day shift, 1:5 night shift. Nurse-to-patient ratios may flex up based on staffing and unit needs.
Shift & Scheduling: 10 RTO days max approved. Various days of the week. Weekend requirement: Yes, per unit needs. No call.
Floating Requirements: Floating as required and may float to sister facilities based on facility needs.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
10 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
