Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is required.
• 3 years of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Candidate must have 3+ years recent experience in Heme/ONC/BMT, level 1 trauma or similar size hospital required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Inpatient hematology, oncology, stem cell transplant, and palliative care unit. Care for acutely ill patients, including those undergoing bone marrow, stem cell transplant, and cellular therapies (CAR T), as well as patients at end of life. Patient population includes leukemia, lymphoma, solid tumor cancers, and complications such as Graft-Versus-Host Disease. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, assisting with stem cell transplant procedures and bone marrow biopsies, administering blood products, accessing central lines and ports, and performing head to toe assessments. Involvement in evidence-based therapies, research studies, quality improvement initiatives, and practice change.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays on rotation. Flexible contract hours: 48 per week may be accommodated.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
