Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Medical Surgical Ortho Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
Documents according to policy/procedure, standards, and guidelines.
Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
Job Requirements
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
One (1) year RN experience
RN License with the state of Arizona
American Heart Association
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months of hire
Preferred
One year medical surgical acute experience
Bachelors of Science in Nursing

$35.00 - $58.63 /hour
