Job description
Role:
RN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
Responsibilities Include
Assessing and monitoring adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs
Administering medications and implementing evidence-based care plans
Responding to changes in patient condition using strong clinical judgment
Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Educating patients and families to promote understanding and recovery
Contributing to quality and safety initiatives within a team-oriented environment
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN license
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
