Job description
Role: RN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive bedside care to adult medical-surgical patients, including assessments, medication administration, care planning, and patient education.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
Qualifications And Skills
Current RN license with relevant clinical skills in medical-surgical nursing.
Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to adapt to diverse clinical cases and participate in ongoing training.
Key Duties
Ensure safe patient care through accurate assessments and effective treatment planning.
Educate patients and families to promote understanding and health management.
