Job description
Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care in medical-surgical and specialty units.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and perform treatments
Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
Document care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Adhere to safety and infection-control standards
Participate in community health initiatives and quality improvement efforts
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide compassionate patient care
Commitment to ongoing professional development
