Job description
Position Overview: An RN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse providing high-quality, patient-centered care on an acute care med-surg unit.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications and treatments.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Ensure safe transitions of care and uphold safety and infection control standards.
Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Valid RN license.
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety, infection control, and patient education.
Ability to work effectively in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
