Job description
UT Health East Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med Surg unit in Tyler, TX. In this role, you’ll provide safe, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, care planning, wound care, and coordination with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. You’ll educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and uphold patient safety and quality standards.
