Job description
Medical City Healthcare seeks an experienced RN for our Med Surg unit, working PRN night shifts. You will deliver comprehensive inpatient care, from assessment and IV therapy to wound care and discharge teaching. Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and therapists to execute evidence-based care plans for diverse adult populations. Use electronic health records for safe documentation and medication administration. Support patient safety, quality metrics, and unit initiatives while mentoring newer nurses.
