Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduates Welcome

On behalf of our premier healthcare client, we are urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a collaborative clinical team providing specialized nursing care to medical and surgical patients. Responsibilities

Deliver specialized nursing care for medical and surgical patient populations utilizing the complete nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation).

Adhere strictly to professional nursing standards, institutional protocols, and state regulatory guidelines.

Manage patient care assignments efficiently within a structured, maximum 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio.

Provide highly personalized, patient-centered care to build strong therapeutic relationships and improve patient outcomes.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure safe, quality patient care delivery.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher (Bachelor of Science in Nursing / BSN preferred).

Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas OR a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multi-state license.

Certification: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from either the American Red Cross (ARC BLS) or the American Heart Association (AHA BLS).

Experience: Open to experienced nurses as well as New Graduates seeking a structured environment to launch their nursing careers.
