Job description
Castleview Hospital in Price, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. The RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and post-surgical monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, and supporting safe discharge planning. RNs participate in quality improvement, maintain infection control standards, precept new staff, and contribute to our collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on continual learning and professional growth.
