Required Qualifications
Associate degree or higher
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) – Kansas (KS)
Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) — Compact‑licensed nurses are welcome
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialty nursing care for medical and surgical patients using the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Adhere to professional nursing standards and Kansas state regulations
Maintain a maximum 6:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio to ensure safe, effective care
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients through personalized, compassionate care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support high‑quality patient outcomes
