Job description
Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH seeks a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse adult patients on an acute care unit. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, coordinate treatments, and monitor complex conditions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring accurate EMR documentation.
