Job description
Castleview Hospital in Price, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit. The RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and post-surgical monitoring.
Responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, and supporting safe discharge planning.
