Job description
Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across shifts. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safety and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
BSN preferred; active RN license required; no formal RN experience needed. 40-hour work week; pay range $38.20-$57.30 per hour. Emphasis on ethics, documentation, bedside care, and ongoing professional development.
