Job description
UT Health East Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg unit in Tyler, TX. You will provide safe, evidence-based care to adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical needs, including assessment, medication administration, and care planning.
You will educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
