Job description
HealthONE is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for its Med Tele unit in Denver. In this leadership role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care for telemetry and medical-surgical patients, oversee daily unit workflow, and support bedside nurses. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, cardiac rhythm monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. You will mentor staff, support evidence-based practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote patient safety, satisfaction, and quality outcomes in a culture of excellence and compassion.
