Job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. The document must be in your name & match the address on your driver’s license (and issued within the last 3 months). Any document other than those listed below will NOT be accepted: • Cell Phone Bill • Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, or Wi-Fi • Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Charge experience preferred.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends. Self-scheduling. RTO: 5 days or less.
Floating Requirements: Float to IMCU if needed. Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities, if needed.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
