Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Unit Details: Patient population includes acute stroke, neurological, and general medical patients. The unit uses BiPAP and high-flow equipment; respiratory therapy manages it, and RNs may troubleshoot. Telemetry is centralized, and RNs must review the monitors each shift.
Shift & Scheduling: Self-scheduling is available but subject to change to present a balanced schedule. 6 weekend shifts in a 6 week period. Holiday requirement: 2 summer and 3 winter holidays. No call.
Floating Requirements: RNs may be pulled to the floors.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required for submission
