Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 22 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry interpretation. Telemetry monitoring.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Oncology experience preferred but not required.
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Common diagnoses include breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, colon, and esophageal cancers, and encounters for antineoplastic chemotherapy. Cares for solid tumor cancer patients across the continuum from new diagnosis through treatment and transition to end-of-life care. Heavy focus on infection prevention and patient falls. Cares for patients with true med-surg issues.
Shift & Scheduling: Day shift: 07:00 - 19:30. Night shift: 19:00 - 7:30. Weekends variable based on unit needs.
Floating Requirements: Floating required to other MedSurg Oncology units.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
