Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe. No medical marijuana cards accepted.
Special Requests: You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Direct patient care on the Med-Surg-Telemetry-Oncology unit. Adult and geriatric patient population. Acutely ill Med/Surg patients; patients transitioning from ICU; cardiac patients requiring telemetry monitoring and IV medications, including antiarrhythmic medications and heparin; patients requiring BiPAP.
Shift & Scheduling: BJC policy: Every other weekend required. No call. RTO: 7 days within a 13-week contract.
Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Med/Surg between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh as needed and may be asked to float within the facility.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
