Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM
Experience:
• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with cardiac, heparin, and insulin drips, including some titration, is required. First-time travelers are accepted with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
Special Requests: Cannot have been employed by UnityPoint within the last 12 months.
Shift & Scheduling: Every third weekend. No call. Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
Floating Requirements: The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
