Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with heparin is required.
Special Requests: Former UnityPoint Health (UPH) employees, whether FTE or PRN in the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another market, regardless of which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH rather than as FTE or PRN, this separation policy does not apply. All travelers are limited to 1 day-off request between 11/25-11/29 and 12/23-12/27.
Unit Details: Patient and surgery types include neuro/orthopedic and medical-surgical cases.
Shift & Scheduling: The schedule includes every other weekend. No call. The traveler is required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Floating Requirements: Floating to other med-surg units is required; the traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
