Job description

Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required for submission).
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Will need to arrive at the facility the Friday prior to start date.
Shift & Scheduling Dayshift/night shift depending on unit needs: 7a-7p or 7p-7a. Facility schedule is listed as 3x12s, but clinicians should expect to work 2x12s one week and 4x12s the next week (and so on.) Holidays as required.
14 days maximum time off
1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
