Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience: Step-down experience preferred but not required.
Unit Details: Patient ratios are 1:6 for Med-Surg/OBS and 1:4 for Step Down. Uses Alaris pumps and Omnicell.
Shift & Scheduling: Set schedules. RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract. Call: Will be given the option to take call during times of low census in the rotation with full-time staff.
3 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
