Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Unit Details: - 50% medical / 50% tele adults only. - Patient ratios: 4-6:1, estimates, not guarantees.
Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week at the candidate’s request. - Every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is required unless otherwise approved prior to confirmation. - Expected to work at least one major winter holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day. - No call. - Night shift orients on day shift. Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation.
Special Requests: - Up to 5 days of requested time off in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved; anything more is subject to approval prior to confirmation and time must be made up at the end of the assignment.
Floating Requirements: - As needed, to a similar or lower acuity unit.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027, 09/06/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver’s license required
