Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 18 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 recent year in Med-Surg/Tele experience required. Non-U.S. candidates must have 2 years of U.S. work history.
Special Requests: Current or previous employees of any University of Rochester Medical Center affiliate must take 12 months off before accepting this assignment. Block booking may be requested but is not guaranteed.
Unit Details: Charge is requested but not required; clinicians must be willing to work charge.
Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility’s schedule.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
