Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: - 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. - 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience. - Travel experience is preferred. - Experience with Epic is preferred. Requirements: - Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). - This role may require floating to additional units and locations - Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. - Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. - Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted. - Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Required Credentials Driver's license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Specialty Exam required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, 2 attempts allowed. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/Tdap declinations. Special Requests Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on driver's license. Shift & Scheduling Every other weekend; would consider every 3rd weekend. Every other holiday.
