Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required. Must be able to read telemetry. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required; refresher classes or one-on-one support are not options.
Preferred Credentials:
Special Requests: October 19 is the only available start date unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler from within the last 9 months. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission and added to the confirmation page to be honored.
Unit Details: Primarily works on the Respiratory unit, where COVID-19 patients are admitted.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is required. No call requirement. Holiday coverage is required.
Floating Requirements: May occasionally float between various Med-Surg units, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
