Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Current Epic EMR proficiency is required; refresher classes or one-to-one support are not options. Minimum 3 years of current/recent telemetry and/or stepdown experience is required. Must be able to read telemetry.
Special Requests: Unless the RN is a returning Genesis traveler within 9 months, the only available start date is November 16th. All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission and added to the confirmation page for it to be honored.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend is required. Holiday coverage is required. No call.
Floating Requirements: The RN will work primarily on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit but will occasionally float between various Med-Surg units (Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.).
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
