Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
• Experience with MEDHOST is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Med Surg experience required. With Rehab experience In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, your work experience needs to reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift. Blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated. No week on/week off.
Unit Details: Provides nursing care for inpatient rehabilitation (swing) patients and may absorb medical-surgical patients if swing volume drops. These patients require less nurse-intensive care than traditional medical-surgical patients but nothing different from a skill standpoint.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends required. No standing call. May be placed on call if volume supports, but no more than the 48hrs of call-off time already in the standard contract. Flexible contract hours: 48 per week may be accommodated.
Floating Requirements: Primarily floats to Med/Surg for patient assignments; may float to other units for tasking only with existing competencies.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
