Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 1 month cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with drains.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Post-Surgical experience preferred.
Special Requests: No Travel Pairs.
Unit Details: The assignment is on the 3 West Post-Surgical unit. Patients include postoperative patients from general surgery, including bariatric surgery patients, plus medical overflow. Equipment includes Pyxis.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating days. Every 3rd weekend; rotating holidays. No call.
Floating Requirements: Float to similar Med-Surg units based on rotation and needs.
All RTO must be known at time of submissions. No RTO requests submitted after an offer is made with be considered.
5 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required
Driver’s license required for submission
