Shift: 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations.
Required Credentials: Ascension EKG Exam required during onboarding; minimum passing score of 80%, 2 attempts allowed; update every 3 years. Ascension Core Competencies required during onboarding; covers HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, and OSHA topics; must be completed within a year of start and updated every 3 years; minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization; only 2 attempts allowed. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
Special Requests: Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holidays as per manager discussion at interview.
5 days maximum time off
