Experience:
- 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
- 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required after submission).
- This role may require floating to additional units and locations
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
- Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Unit Details: Patients have telemetry only when ordered; telemetry is monitored 24/7. IV drips include heparin; cardiac drips are not used. Patients include COPD, cellulitis, GI bleed, alcohol intoxication, CHF, medical issues that do not require a cardiac floor, hospitalist patients, strokes after becoming stable on 2EB, TIA, and BiPAP patients.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
Driver's license required for submission
