Job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year Med Surg, Post Op, or Stepdown experience required. Surgical, post op surgical experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.
Required Credentials: Iowa licensure is required, in addition to Illinois licensure. If the Iowa license is not active, you must show proof of application for an Iowa single state license or compact RN license as a part of compliance packet.
Special Requests: Cannot have worked for UnityPoint in the last 12 months.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call.
Floating Requirements: May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required for submission
