Job description

Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Special Requests: If declining flu vaccination, must complete the facility-specific form. RTO must be included at time of submission. Block scheduling is never promised or guaranteed.
Shift & Scheduling: No call.
Unit Details: Common patient diagnoses in post-surgical care include abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fractures, back pain, and morbid obesity (bariatric surgery). Specialty equipment includes IV pumps, NG tubes, and feeding tubes. Patient population: Adults.
14 days maximum time off
