Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Dysrhythmia competency required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Swallow screen preferred. Neuro experience preferred.
Unit Details: Patient population is adult. Common diagnoses and treatments include CVA, TIA, inability to ambulate, seizure, common urinary and respiratory conditions, and rarely cardiac conditions. Equipment includes Mindray vital sign machines, GE EKG, and cardiac monitors.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend schedule includes 2 of 4 weekends per schedule, or 4 of the 8 weekend shift days. Straight weekends may be available if preferred by the candidate. Must be available for holidays as decided during phone screening.
Floating Requirements: Floating may be required if needed, but is rare.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required
