Experience
12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Travel experience is preferred.
3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Trauma Level 2 experience is required.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).
Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

The description for these jobs should include:
Required Skills/Experience:2+ years of straight Med Surg; not float, not SDU/Tele, etc. Must be straight RN MS.Level II or I trauma level experience required.
Unit Details:Mixed-acuity medical-surgical unit with post-surgical cases, diverse medical conditions, trauma, stroke, and inpatient hospice patients.
Shift & Scheduling:Every other weekend. No call.
Special Requests:Ability to start ASAP! This assignment allows expedited credentialing or pending credentials so you can start in under 3 weeks.Once your initial RTO requested is accepted, no further negotiations of terms will occur before your start date.Being ready and willing to quickly be credentialed by our team is a must.Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
