Job description

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Med safety is required, with a minimum of 98% of all medications safely scanned and administered.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Flexible to work days or nights.
Unit Details: Patient ratios are 1:5 on day shift and 1:6 on night shift. Equipment includes Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, and computers in every room.
Shift & Scheduling: Two weekends a month; on-call only if low volume.
Floating Requirements: Floating areas include Surg/Ortho and Rehab.
10 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
Driver's license required

• ONS (Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider)
