Job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Tele experience required. Community hospital experience is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Required Credentials: BSN required for international clinicians.
Unit Details: Medical-surgical unit serving neuro patients. Adult and geriatric patient population. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as Ballad Health prepares future nurses. This responsibility is expected alongside clinical care in every nursing specialty.
Shift & Scheduling: Schedules of 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48 are available. Every other weekend. No call.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
