Job description
Mat-Su Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Technologist Lead to coordinate and oversee quality laboratory operations in an assigned section. You will supervise testing, quality control, training, and staff competency, while ensuring regulatory compliance and proper equipment maintenance.
You will also act as a technical resource, supporting accreditation readiness and LIS/EMR data management, with opportunities to mentor staff and improve workflow efficiency.
