Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform, evaluate, and monitor laboratory tests within established protocols, adjusting workflows to ensure timely results.
You will calibrate instruments, document QA/QC, collect specimens from patients of all ages, and supervise staff where assigned. Strong communication skills and compliance with accreditation standards are essential.
