This position involves performing quality diagnostic laboratory testing on various specimens. The role supervises no other positions but requires comprehensive knowledge of laboratory procedures and testing protocols.

Key Duties
Conduct accurate laboratory tests following established protocols.
Supervise testing procedures and ensure quality control.
Maintain proper documentation and report findings.
Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Requires knowledge of laboratory testing, quality assurance, and equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and ensure compliance with standards.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform frequent location changes, and handle physical activities of average difficulty.
Must meet visual and auditory requirements with or without assistance.
Key Duties & Conditions
Potential exposure to infectious or hazardous materials.
May handle emergency situations and work irregular hours.
Use of protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and gowns may be necessary.
Physical activities include sitting, walking, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and twisting, often frequently or occasionally.
Visual & Hearing Requirements
Ability to see clearly with corrective eyewear.
Must hear clearly with assistance if needed.
