Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Shift discussed during interview (typically day shift)
We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a leading healthcare facility in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering competitive benefits, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
Follow quality control procedures and regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
Previous laboratory experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
