Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT)
Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
Schedule: Night Shift 3x12s
Compensation: Competitive based on experience
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join a dynamic healthcare team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Position Highlights:
Night shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in areas such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
Analyze specimens and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
Follow quality control procedures and comply with regulatory standards
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Associate s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
Previous laboratory experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
