Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT / MLT / MLS)Eureka Springs, Arkansas (Onsite) Work Type: Per Diem (No Guaranteed Hours) Positions: 1 Hours: As Needed (12-Hour Shifts as required)The MT / MLT / MLS is responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a hospital lab setting.Must-Have Qualifications• MT / MLT / MLS Certification (ASCP or equivalent – Required) • Minimum 1–2+ years of laboratory experience • Strong skills in venipuncture and specimen handling • Knowledge of laboratory testing, QC, and maintenance procedures • Ability to operate and troubleshoot lab analyzersPreferred Qualifications• Experience in Blood Bank (Type, RH, Antibody Screen, Crossmatch) • Familiarity with Cerner EMR system • Experience in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, UA, and microbiology testingWork Environment• Hospital Laboratory Department • Onsite role in Eureka Springs, AR • Per diem / flexible coverage roleAdditional Requirements• Must follow Universal Precautions and infection control standards • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts as needed • No set scrub color • Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
