Job description
Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a Medical Technologist/MLT Generalist to perform complex and routine lab testing across core disciplines, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology. You will analyze specimens, validate and troubleshoot results, maintain instruments, and follow quality control, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinicians to support timely, accurate diagnoses and patient care.
