Job description
Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT Generalist to perform routine and complex laboratory testing, including blood bank, in a high-quality, patient-focused environment. In this role, you will analyze specimens, validate and report results, troubleshoot instruments, and follow strict quality control and safety procedures. You’ll collaborate with pathologists, nurses, and other clinicians to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
