Performs diagnostic laboratory testing on various specimens, overseeing quality and accuracy.

Supervises laboratory personnel as assigned, ensuring compliance with protocols and standards.
Maintains equipment, documents procedures, and ensures safety protocols are followed.
Provides technical expertise and support for complex testing processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Requires ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
Physical strength to lift, push, or pull loads up to 50 pounds and frequent mobility.
Ability to adapt to emergency situations, handle toxic chemicals, and wear protective gear.
Strong attention to detail, knowledge of laboratory procedures, and communication skills.
Key Duties & Conditions:
Includes physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, and occasional climbing or kneeling.
Work may involve exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and irregular hours.
Must have corrected vision and hearing, and be able to wear protective equipment as needed.
Activity conditions range from occasional to continuous, requiring stamina and physical resilience.
